This course is designed to teach real estate agents about how to prepare their buyer for the mortgage financing process and work smoothly with mortgage loan originators during all phases of the process. 

A real estate agent will be significantly better prepared to represent the buyer, knowing what the buyer faces before and during the mortgage process; or as the listing agent, understand what to expect during the process so their client will cooperate and feel comfortable that the closing will take place on time.
